This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for using straightfromspain.com, our student portal, our online classes and the learning platforms we use with students. It is part of our Terms and Conditions.

 

01  Who it applies to

It applies to everyone who uses our website or services, including students, parents and guardians, and visitors.

 

02  Using our website and portal

When using our website or student portal, you agree not to:

• Break any law or use our services for anything harmful or fraudulent.

• Try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or share your login with others.

• Upload viruses or harmful code, or interfere with how the site works.

• Copy, scrape or resell our content, prices or materials.

• Send spam, or impersonate another person or business.

 

03  Online classes

• Treat teachers and classmates with respect. Harassment, discrimination or offensive language is not allowed.

• Join from a suitable place, dressed appropriately, with your camera on when your teacher asks.

• Keep class links private and do not invite others without our permission.

• Do not record classes without our written permission.

• A parent or guardian should be available nearby during online classes for young children.

 

04  Class materials

Class notes, workbooks, study guides and videos are for the enrolled student's personal learning only. Please do not share, post or resell them.

 

05  Content you share

You are responsible for homework, messages, reviews and anything else you send us or post on our platforms. We may remove content that breaks this policy.

 

06  Reporting a concern

If something in a class or on our platforms makes you uncomfortable, please tell us right away at info@straightfromspain.com.

 

07  What happens if the rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may give a warning, pause access or end services, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

 

08  Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
